Thank you for supporting Sacred Roots Volunteer & Travel — every purchase you make contributes to our global conservation and community efforts. Your order helps protect wildlife, restore ecosystems, and support indigenous and local communities through our volunteer programs and projects.
 

1. General Shipping Information

We proudly ship our products worldwide. Because each order is handled with care and many of our items are made to order or sourced from sustainable suppliers, shipping times and rates vary depending on your location, the product type, and the shipping provider available in your region.
 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

 

2. Sustainable Shipping Practices

As part of our mission to protect the planet, all our packaging materials are eco-friendly, recyclable, or biodegradable whenever possible.

We encourage you to reuse or recycle packaging to help reduce environmental impact. Every small action counts — together we make a difference.

 

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most countries around the world. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Sacred Roots Volunteer & Travel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
 

If you are unsure about customs regulations in your country, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

 

4. Tracking Orders

When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Sacred Roots Volunteer & Travel cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or partial refund.

 

6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis or experience temporary delays due to high demand. If this occurs, we’ll contact you with an updated delivery estimate or offer an alternative solution.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
