Full payment or deposit is required to secure your spot in a program or trip.

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our volunteer and travel experiences — which require extensive coordination with partners, accommodations, and local communities — all payments are final and non-refundable once submitted.
If you are unable to attend, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another date or participant, depending on availability and at our discretion.

4. Participant Responsibilities

By joining our programs, you agree to:

Conduct yourself respectfully toward all participants, staff, locals, and wildlife.
Follow local laws, safety guidelines, and instructions from guides or coordinators.
Refrain from any activity that could harm the environment, communities, or reputation of Sacred Roots Volunteer and Travel.
Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before participating.

You acknowledge that participation in volunteer or travel activities may involve physical exertion, potential risks, and exposure to natural environments. You agree to participate at your own risk.

5. Health and Safety

We prioritize your safety but cannot guarantee an entirely risk-free experience.
Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate travel insurance that includes medical, trip cancellation, and evacuation coverage.

All participants must complete a medical and liability form prior to participation. Sacred Roots Volunteer and Travel will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur during a program.

6. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities if unforeseen circumstances arise (such as weather conditions, local regulations, or partner availability).
We will always strive to maintain the quality and intention of the experience.

We collect personal and medical information solely for the purpose of organizing safe, effective volunteer and travel experiences.
