Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Sacred Roots Volunteer & Travel — every purchase helps protect the planet, support ocean and wildlife conservation, and uplift indigenous and local communities around the world. Because each product is custom-made especially for you, we strive to ensure your order arrives perfect and just as you envisioned it.

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our items are print-on-demand, meaning they are created individually once you place your order. This helps us reduce overproduction and waste — aligning with our commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please double-check size charts, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction means the world to us.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a partial refund.

3. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship it once the correct address and an additional shipping fee are provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

 

4. Order Cancellations

Because our print-on-demand items go into production shortly after the order is placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

 

5. Items Lost in Transit

If your item is lost in transit, please reach out within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and, if verified as lost, offer a replacement at no charge.
